I’m not interested in legal subjects and I don’t understand the purpose of terms and conditions. It’s quite obvious that all of the content of this site or of the notebooks belongs to the author and that she won’t enjoy any forgeries.

Someone told me about “Les Inconnus” and their hit “Auteuil Neuilly Passy”. First of all a tiny blunder : they used a few bars of “Southwick”, composed by the saxophonist Maceo Parker, without authorisation. “Auteuil, Neuilly, Passy” turned out to be a huge hit, but when the Americans arrived, there was a law suit against them. Needless to say, “Auteuil Neuilly Passy” was not a “piece of cake” anymore…

Now, I understand what terms and conditions are used for much better.
